About the spa

Check-in

Please arrive 30 – 60 minutes prior to appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.

Policies

In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted. We encourage the use of your in-room safe deposit box.

Therapists

You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our licensed therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

Special Needs

Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or you are pregnant.

Clothing

We provide you with a robe and slippers and you are draped during your massage. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. For Shiatsu or Thai massage, shorts and t-shirt are required.

Communication

Please communicate with your technician to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your needs.

Reservations

Advance reservations are strongly recommended – please contact the hotel concierge to request a treatment. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes for treatments are accepted up to four hours prior to appointment without incurring a charge. Without this notification, you are charged in full.
